Terms & Conditions

By booking accommodation online through VicHolidays.com.au ("Vicholidays") you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation penalties depend on hotel policies. An administration charge (defined on the booking form) applies to all booking changes and cancellations.
2. Vicholidays sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not oversell that inventory. Vicholidays does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling the hotel's own room inventory.
3. The Customer will be required to provide a credit card at hotel check in to cover incidental charges and will be required to provide photo ID.
4. Vicholidays makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Vicholidays cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
5. Vicholidays does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
6. Vicholidays does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
7. Vicholidays makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.
8. Vicholidays offers are not commissionable to registered travel agents.
9. Vicholidays receives a payment from hotels for the provision of the Vicholidays booking service.
10. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on Vicholidays.com.au.
11. These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
